IFMcrm stores information you enter to manage your service business. This notice describes the current development version.
Information we process
Account email and company details; client names, phone numbers, emails, addresses and optional birthdays; jobs, estimates, invoices, payment records, photos and receipts. Bank details are stored only when you enter them. Never enter card security codes or banking passwords.
How data is used
To show your records, sync saved changes between devices, calculate totals and create documents you request. Import only contacts you are authorized to use. Contacts are not sold or used for advertising by IFMcrm.
Google and contact access
Google sign-in identifies your account and does not grant calendar, contacts or inbox access. Calendar and Gmail access is not active until separately configured and authorized. File import adds selected contacts to your CRM; duplicates by phone or email are skipped. Google data, if authorized, is used only for the functions you request, not advertising or AI model training.
Storage and sharing
Account records and uploaded files are stored in Lovable Cloud with account-scoped access. You choose when to share documents or send messages. A generated PDF link grants anyone holding it access for seven days, including client information and any payment details included. Do not forward private links unnecessarily.
Your choices
You can edit or delete client records, payments and photos in the app and export clients as CSV. For account access, export or deletion requests, contact the address below. We keep account data while your account is used; backups or records required by law may remain after deletion. No fixed backup-erasure period is promised in this development version.
